A Chorus Line is a stunning concept musical capturing the spirit and tension of a Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and poignant ambitions of professional Broadway gypsies, the show features one powerhouse number after another. Memorable musical numbers include "What I Did for Love," "One," "I Can Do That," "At the Ballet," "The Music and the Mirror," and "I Hope I Get It." A brilliantly complex fusion of song, dance, and compellingly authentic drama, A Chorus Line was instantly recognized as a classic.
Director/Choreographer, Hector Guererro, is an internationally recognized actor, director, and choreographer who works regularly in theatre, TV, film, and opera. He was the assistant choreographer on the Hollywood Bowl productions of A Chorus Line and he will be recreating Michael Bennett’s original staging.
The cast includes San Diego powerhouses, Natalie Nucci, Jeffrey Scott Parsons, Anthony Michael Vacio, Mikayla Agrella, Jeffrey Ricca, and Lauren Louis. With local favorites, Emma Nossal, Amanda Neiman, Trevor Rex, Donny Gersonde, Katie Marshall, Danielle Airey, Sarah Morgan, Aaron Shaw, Fisher Kaake, Devon Hunt, Cody Walker, Holly Eschner, and Drew Bradford.
